We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

We offer two convenient shipping methods to suit your needs:
1. Standard Shipping – $12.95
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipping
- Includes tracking and insurance
- Recommended for faster delivery
2. Free Shipping
- Available on orders over $50
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipping
- Includes basic tracking
Note: We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas. During peak seasons, delivery times may be slightly longer.
Easy Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Stepwise products as much as we do. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- All original tags must be attached
- Products must be in their original packaging
- Footwear must show no signs of wear
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Sandals showing any signs of wear
- Slip-on shoes showing any signs of wear
All other products in our collections (Apparel & Accessories, Big Kids, Dress-casual, Kids, Little Kids, Mens, Sneakers, Wally, Wendy, and Women) are eligible when conditions are met.
How to Return an Item
Follow these simple steps for a smooth return process:

Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information. - Wait for Approval
We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. - Package Your Return
Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging with all tags attached. Include the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package. - Ship Your Return

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return
- Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once we process your return
Note: Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:

International Returns
For our valued customers outside the United States:
- You’re responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes associated with your return
